We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All original tags are intact
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the amount
