Our Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy so you can shop with complete confidence at Muscle Reign.
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The original seal is unbroken
- The item is in its original packaging with all boxes intact
- The product has not been consumed
Refunds
Prepaid orders — Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — Refunds will be processed based on mutual agreement with the customer.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or if anything is missing from your order, here is what to do:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at musclereign.store@gmail.com
- Attach clear images of the outer packaging and the products you received
- Once we verify your claim, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
- You may choose either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference
